Case Study: Multnomah County Central Courthouse Construction Project
The Equity Scoreboard is an important community resource for builders, planners and citizens. We present data on major construction projects in a clear, easily accessible, and understandable format to facilitate transparency and encourage public engagement and understanding of how they impact our communities. The Equity Scoreboard focuses on three areas for large scale construction projects in the arena: Contract Dollars, Workforce Hours, and Workforce Wages.
